branda.bot exists to protect applicants. We do not onboard:
- Adult / explicit content production or escort services
- Modeling or “talent” agencies operating outside SAG-AFTRA, AEA, or industry-recognized union frameworks
- Gambling, debt collection, or MLM / pyramid structures
- Nicotine, cannabis, or alcohol brands targeting under-21 audiences
- Any business whose primary revenue is sexual services
Every brand is reviewed by a human before any blast can fire. Every POP runs voiceprint and explicit-content detection — applicants can’t be steered into recording anything our filters would catch. Submitting fraudulent information is grounds for permanent ban.
We protect both sides.
Applicants are real. Every POP runs voiceprint + explicit-content detection. Response time, take count, and follow-through are logged on every application — you see who shows up before you Cast.
Money flows only on mutual yes. The Cast Handshake authorizes your Cast fee, sends the applicant the offer SMS, and only captures the charge when they accept. No handshake, no charge — and no contact info exchanged until both sides agree to work together.
Both sides get rated. You rate applicants on the 4 Notes (Accountability, Punctuality, Coachability, Presence). They rate you back — paid the agreed rate, ran the gig as described, treated them like a professional. Brands paying at-or-above the MIT Living Wage for the market wear an “MIT MLW” badge that converts applicants better. Reputation > money. Both sides.
