Every OPP a brand drops is checked against the MIT Living Wage Calculator for your market — single-adult standard. If their hourly is below the floor, the platform won’t let them Drop. No overrides. No exceptions. The floor refreshes annually.
Your side: when you accept the Offer, you put up a 10% Accountability Deposit (max $25, waived for Diamond performers and short gigs — or by the brand if they choose) — held until you show up, then released back to you. Brands pay a real wage. You put up real commitment. Nobody plays games on BB.
